Supplementation of Sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata) Leaf Flour through Broiler Drinking Water against Antibody Titers of Newcastle Disease, Avian Influenza, and Infectious Bursal Disease

The aims of this study were 1) to determine the effect Sambiloto(Andrographis paniculata)leaf flour supplementation increase antibody titer for Newcastle Disease, Avian Influenza, Infectious Bursal Disease; and 2) best dose Sambiloto leaf three titers. research was carried out in broiler cage unit Integrated Field Laboratory, Faculty Agriculture, University Lampung using a completely randomized design experiment with 5 treatments replications each replication broilers Cobb CP 707 strain, total 125 broilers. All treated ND, AI, IBD vaccination. Five different doses, namely drinking water without (P0); 3 mg/kg BW (P1); 6 (P2); 12 (P3); 24 (P4). Broiler blood serum aged 26 days obtained from brachial vein 3-mL disposable syringe. Testing ND AI titers HI test indirect ELISA at Vaksindo Agri Lab Laboratory. Data analysis one-way variance Tukey's further SPSS software. results showed that had no significant (P>0.05) on titers, while (P≤0.05). conclusions able Disease titer; is body weight.
